You will be offered unconditional positive regard and we will always keep the coaching sessions centered on your individualized needs. And the best part is, you’ll see that healthy living doesn’t have to be so complicated or challenging after all.

What can a Health Coach NOT do? Your health coach cannot diagnose, advise, treat, prescribe, interpret medical results, write individualized meal plans, recommend supplements or provide psychological therapeutic interventions. Your health coach is not your doctor, therapist, counselor, dietician or nutritionist.
Instead, your health coach is your accountability partner, your cheerleader and your coach. Your coach will help guide you and keep you on track towards a healthier lifestyle. Your health coach will uncover and mobilize your internal strengths and will set you up for success. Essentially, a health coach can help you transform your health related goals into realities!
